Meet the Team
CEO
Randy founded Fletcher Insurance (now Farm West Insurance Services) in 1979, after serving 20 years in local law enforcement.
In his 40-plus years insurance experience, he has helped protect thousands of local farmers, ranchers and residents.
Randy is also a 40-plus year member of the Yuba-Sutter Farm Bureau and a recently retired two-term Yuba County Supervisor.
Kathy and Randy have two children and five wonderful grandchildren.
Senior Agent/Manager
A lifelong local resident, Missy grew up on a small ranch in Loma Rica. With almost 25 years experience, Missy's has a passion for farm and ag insurance. She believes the best part of her job is working with her clients, many of which are now great friends.
Missy enjoys being a grandma, camping, fishing and spending time with family.
Agent
Born & raised in Yuba City, Kiran earned her BS in marketing and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento. After obtaining 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, she set out to bring her expertise back to her roots and become a valuable resource for farmers in the Yuba-Sutter area. She completed her Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist Certification (AFIS), establishing herself as an agriculture insurance expert. This specialization enables her to provide tailored solutions that truly protect the livelihoods, families, and futures of her clients.
Crop Agent
Tim is a proud lifelong Yuba County resident, with over 30 years agri-business experience, including ag lending at local community banks, and now crop insurance agent at Farm West.
Tim is an active Marysville Rotarian, and serves on several local volunteer boards.
Tim and Bonnie have two sons and recently welcomed a granddaughter to the family tree!
Customer Service Representative
Laurie is a lifelong Yuba-Sutter resident, with over 21 years experience at Fletcher Insurance (now Farm West Insurance Services).
Laurie values the long-term client relationships she has formed, and enjoys the challenging yet rewarding work every day.
Laurie shares a blended family of 7 children and 15 grandchildren! She loves reading and gardening.
Bookkeeper
Elaine is a lifelong Sutter County resident. After retiring from the City of Yuba City after 34 years of service, she came onboard as a part-time bookkeeper with Fletcher Insurance (now Farm West Insurance Services).
Local farming roots run deep for Elaine, both her grandfathers immigrated to America and began working on farms in Live Oak, and later each owned their own farms. Her paternal grandfather's property is in Lomo and is still farmed by family members today.
